Well... I've been back for a while actually.
In the end I only ended up going to New Zealand for a month, with very little backpacking.
It was a brilliantly relaxing few weeks, which did me the world of good.
Saw some beautiful sights, met some brilliant people, made it back in time to start university late!
It made sense to come back and get my final year of university done, and I'm really enjoying university life right now.
But I think it's all kind of accumulated in to a healthy inspiration for art again.
Hopefully the inspiration will keep coming, and I'll be able to try and get back to some kind of regular art upload schedule.

A massive thanks to everyone who left good wishes in the last blog. You guys are the reason I enjoyed doing this stuff in the first place.
And another almost as big thanks to :iconcarwes6: who bought me a subscription.

Thanks again

I'm just putting the finishing touches on the promised goth tftg, and there's a nice little surprise in there for a few people perhaps.
But anyway, that isn't really what this blog is about.
I'm leaving Deviantart. For a few months at minimum, maybe longer. I'll probably do a deviation to explain the full details why, but basically, I'm going to be traveling a lot.
Me and three friends are backpacking across New Zealand.
And we're going to be gone for a good few months, so I honestly have no idea when I'll be able to access a computer.
I'll see how I feel after I get back, but at this moment in time.
I don't know, I just really don't enjoy doing this kind of art anymore.
It was fun while it lasted, but I just wan't to move away from at.
At least for a while.

My mac book's broken. Something seems to be wrong with the mouse pad, whenever you use it a kind of dragbox comes up that doesn't let you to click on anything at all, meaning you have to restart the macbook. Managed to get it working with a mouse that I luckily had, but for some reason opening illustrator creates the same problem. Haven't tried any other programs like Photoshop with it yet, but I'd hazard a guess that any program along the same lines as Illustrator would also trigger the problem.
Major pain in the ass, since it in turn means that I can't do any art or design based work at all.
Urgh, 2 weeks past the carping warranty! Rang up a place regarding repairs, and if the problem is what they think it is, then it'll cost me £144.
I'll get back to work as soon as I can get this fixed, but half the time it's like the entire bloody world wants to stop me from doing anything I enjoy!

So, I was thinking about the next TG, and I kind of wanted to let you guys decide on what you want to see.
So, I'll give you a few options, comment with which one you want to see, and we'll see how it goes ^ ^
As a bonus, for everyone who vote for the winning option, I'll put all your names in to a hat and pull one out, who ever comes out of that hat, I'll put in the comic.

Options:
Goth Girl
Victorian Duchess
Essex Girl (tarty English bar bimbo)
Fairy
Other (please state)

Voting will end at 4:00pm GMT August 2nd.

Ok, Goth Girl seems to be the definite winner since it's got more votes than the others added together, so going with Goth Girl.

Commission info:
Full color single character image: $14
Full color 3 panel transformation (1 character, +$10 for each additional character): $30
Full color 7 panel comic page (with backgrounds) : $60 (+$10 for each additional character)

Don't know quite how to put this..

Ok. There really isn't any other way to put this, so I'm just going to come out and say it.
I won't be doing the bioswitchLOGICAL comic anymore.
Which for me is a really massive shame, since I really enjoyed doing the little of it that I've done, and had a lot more story to tell.
I've got 40 pages of it sketched up, but I just don't have to resolve, willpower, or time to continue doing it.
I've been suffering a lot from depression recently, partially caused by a really bad breakup for me, and a large amount of stress coming in from other factors.
I really hate having to drop this, but I'm just not in a fit state to do it.
I'll be going back to doing the occasional TG or TF comic.
Which will see the resurrection of a friendly face (and shiny metallic surface), and maybe occasional visits from 2 new ones that you've recently seen, probably just in the background of a shot or two.
Again.. I'm really, really sorry about this.
Hope you can deal with just the occasional comic and commission comic from me :/
Sorry again.
Robiotic..
